  Irene Eraklidis is the President and CEO of Business Roadmap, a Division of Wealth Roadmaps, LLC, founded in 2005. Ms Eraklidis gained her business experience by spending 20 years of her career as a highly successful Project Manager in a Fortune 500 household products company where she managed business projects of up to $8 million by leading cross-functional teams exceeding 20 people. In this capacity, Ms Eraklidis also collaborated on the development and execution of the company’s international acquisition strategy and worked in a leadership role in over 25 countries during an aggressive growth period. 

Ms Eraklidis made an impressive transition to the entrepreneurial space, where she launched her own company – the perfect platform to leverage her professional strengths in business analysis, strategy definition, project planning, risk management, training strategies and creative problem solving to benefit entrepreneurs and small businesses. Since its inception, Business Roadmap has created business plans, action plans and consulted for over 750 satisfied customers representing more than 25 unique industries.

Renowned visionaries such as Bob Proctor have integrated Business Roadmap’s services into their business acceleration programs, and Ms. Eraklidis’ articles are being sought by a growing number of business publications.

Ms Eraklidis holds BS and MS degrees in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University.
